One of the last few cleanup tasks I had on my list last weekend was to complete the finishing around the window in the basement.It has been my experience that these windows are subject to dampness. We use the greenboard drywall in bathroom to combat this problem, so I thought why not use it in this application as well.
In the picture you can see how I used the greenboard in the trim around the window.
I am very happy with the result!
